- in any other convenient way.

Information may also be provided anonymously or on condition that your data is not disclosed.

The notification is subject to consider if the information contained therein contains factual data indicating the possible commission of a corruption or corruption-related offense, or other violations of anti-corruption legislation that can be verified.

According to Article 53-3 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", the rights of a whistleblower arise from the moment of reporting information about possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violations of this Law. A whistleblower has the right to

1. be informed of their rights and obligations under this Law;
2. submit evidence to support his/her statement;
3. Receive confirmation of its acceptance and registration from the authorized body to which he/she submitted the report;
4. give explanations, testimony or refuse to give them;
5. to free legal aid in connection with the protection of the whistleblower's rights;
6. to confidentiality;
7. to report possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violations of this Law without identifying themselves (anonymously);
8. in case of a threat to life and health, to ensure the safety of themselves and their relatives, property, and housing, or to refuse such measures;
9. to reimbursement of expenses related to the protection of whistleblower rights, expenses for a lawyer in connection with the protection of the person's rights as a whistleblower, and expenses for court fees;
10. remuneration in cases determined by law;
11. to receive psychological assistance;
12. to be released from legal liability in cases determined by law;
13. receive information on the status and results of the review, inspection, and/or investigation of the whistleblower's disclosure.

The rights and guarantees of whistleblower protection extend to close relatives of the whistleblower.
