Modern diagnostic and qualified medical care of any skin diseases, early anonymous diagnosis of venereal diseases, and determination of HIV status are provided. The qualitative diagnostic examination is provided by the following diagnostic manipulations

• examination of patients using additional local and side lighting, binocular magnifier;
• determination of dermographism, diascopy;
• collection of material for microscopic examination of mycelia and fungal spores;
• collection of discharge and scrapings from the urethra for examination for STIs (gonorrhea and trichomonas);
• diagnostic reactions with foci of skin lesions;
• collection of skin scrapings from lesions for microscopic examination to detect scabies mites;
• chemical, immunobiological, and mechanical provocation of the infectious agent.

The collected material is delivered to the laboratory of the hospital and the Regional Skin and Venereological Dispensary. High-quality diagnostics allow to prescribe and timely adjust the treatment of patients of this profile, therapeutic dressings are performed in the office, and if necessary, additional procedural and physiotherapeutic measures are prescribed.
